It is the last day of the first month of the year 2012. It's been a fairly jacked-up month for me. Some good, some bad, some horrible, but overall I'm coming out of it optimistic that the rest of the year will be pretty good. Next month will bring my 18th birthday (which will be bittersweet, I'm sure--Nana and I had plans that we obviously can't fulfill). I'm looking forward to it.
In the meantime, I've finished Pixiehunter and I'm toying around with revisiting an old idea or two or perhaps trying to produce some more short stories. I've liked what I've been producing lately, even the crappy bits, and I feel like I've really gotten better over the past year or so. Practice makes perfect, as they say.
I have to head out to class now, and there's a movie night with the French Association that I might attend, so I don't know how much I'll get done today. In any case, I hope you all have a good one. :)
